CHARITIES WE SERVE
INTERFAITH EMERGENCY SERVICES
Interfaith Emergency Services (IES) is a not-for-profit organization which brings together people of all faiths who seek to minister to persons in need through combined prayer and action. IES provides basic human needs such as food, shelter, clothing and emergency financial assistance to those in need right here in our community.
“Now that Interfaith Emergency Services has added free medical, dental and mental health services to our ministry we need and appreciate On Top of the World’s support more than ever! With your help, we can improve the quality of life for those struggling the most in our community. Thank you for helping us help those in need of clothing, shelter, food, medication and medical services through your participation in the Ocala Open. Together we can make a difference.”

HOSPICE OF MARION COUNTY
Hospice of Marion County, Inc. has served the residents of Marion County, Florida since 1983. They are a not-for-profit organization whose mission is providing exemplary, compassionate comfort care for the terminally ill. Their team serves patients and their families by providing not only expert end-of-life care, but also ancillary support, such as counseling, chaplaincy, social services, respite for caregivers and bereavement service.
“Over the years, On Top of the World and, specifically the Ocala Open, have consistently supported Hospice of Marion County (HMC) in providing compassionate comfort care to those in the final chapters of life. As the county’s only not-forprofit hospice, we rely on the generosity of donors to help us fulfill our mission. Not only has HMC been the beneficiary of On Top of the World’s fundraisers and proceeds from the Ocala Open, the management, players and participants are also keenly aware of what is important to their residents. Quality end-of-life care is our promise to the community, and we are so grateful for your support to help people feel better and live better every day of their lives.”

Committed To Our Purpose
WE GIVE BACK
Each year Candler Hills Golf Club hosts the Ocala Open Tournament that kicks off with a Charity Pro-Am. Going on it’s 20th year, Ocala Open has collectively raised over $1,093,064 for local charities. Donation checks are presented after the Charity Pro-Am to the two selected charities during the Champions’ Round-up barbeque and awards presentation. Our two selected charities, Hospice of Marion and Interfaith Emergency Services, received $50,000 each in 2024.
We couldn’t give back to our community without the help of all of the sponsors who supported our event, like 360 Wealth Management Group of Raymond James who generously participated as our 2024 Platinum Sponsor.
