VIP AREA
Enjoy the privileges of a VIP (reserved seating area, food and beverage offers, member pricing on golf shop purchases) — VIP ticket required.
VIP tickets available for purchase at the Candler Hills Golf Shop.
AUTOGRAPH POLICY
Players are permitted to sign autographs only after the completion of their round.
CELL PHONES
Cell phones WILL NOT be allowed into the tournament for any reason.
FIRST AID
First aid will be available in a tent located between Candler Hills Community Center and the driving range. If you need medical assistance, please get the attention of any volunteer.
PARKING – FREE
All automobile parking is located at Circle Square Commons.
Golf cart parking for residents is located at Candler Hills Community Center behind the gate.
Parking for Candler Hills Restaurant is located at Circle Square Commons with complimentary shuttle service available.
FOOD
Candler Hills Restaurant, Sid’s Coffee Shop & Deli and Mr. B’s Ice Cream Shop will be open.
PLAYERS
The players have until 5 p.m. EST on the Friday of the week preceding the tournament to officially commit to playing in the Ocala Open.
ITEMS NOT PERMITTED
Use of the following items WILL NOT be permitted at the tournament: fire arms, dangerous instrumentalities, cell phones, cameras, picnic baskets, coolers, radios, televisions (including hand-held televisions), backpacks, pagers, ladders, signs, banners and lawn chairs. Bags will be searched upon entering the event.
TIPS
Plan to wear comfortable walking shoes.
Walk – don’t run.
Stay behind the gallery ropes and obey the officials and marshals.
Kneel if you are near the ropes so that those behind you may see.
Observe silence throughout each shot.
Do not move until all players in each group have completed their shots. Respect the players and caddies during their round, give them space and do not interrupt them during the round.

By entering onto the grounds of the Ocala Open Golf Tournament located at the Candler Hills Golf Course in Ocala, Florida, you assume all risk and danger incidental to the game of golf and release On Top of the World Communities, Inc., Sidney Colen and Associates Ltd., Parkway Maintenance and Management Co., On Top of the World Real Estate, Inc., players and any of their agents, servants, volunteers and employees from all responsibility of liability from any damage, injury or illness that might be sustained while utilizing any of the facilities and/or equipment within the amenities of On Top of the World Communities. You grant permission to On Top of the World Communities, Inc. to utilize your image or likeness incidental to any live or recorded television or other transmission or reproduction in whole or in part of any Ocala Open event you attend. For security purposes, you hereby consent to the reasonable inspection of your person and property before entering the Tournament. No bags of any type larger than 6” x 6” x 6” will be allowed onto the tournament grounds. You agree that you shall not seek autographs of players in order to sell such autographs, and you shall not pay another person to obtain an autograph for you. You agree to abide by all rules and regulations established by the Ocala Open Golf Tournament, and a violation of these rules can be cause for removal from the Tournament. Prohibited items and restrictions include coolers, firearms, dangerous instrumentalities, video recording equipment, etc. The Ocala Open Golf Tournament and On Top of the World Communities, Inc. reserve the right to revoke and cancel all privileges connected therein. First Aid Tent is located between the Candler Hills Community Center and the driving range.
