AUTOGRAPH POLICY
Players are permitted to sign autographs only after the completion of their round.

CELL PHONES
Cell phones WILL NOT be allowed into the tournament for any reason.

FIRST AID
West Marion Community Hospital will be providing first aid in a tent located between Candler Hills Community Center and the driving range. If you need medical assistance, please get the attention of any volunteer.

FOOD
Food tents are located at holes 5 and 12 - A variety of food & beverages will be available for purchase. Candler Hills Restaurant and Sid’s Coffee Shop will be open.

PARKING - FREE
All automobile parking is located at Circle Square Commons
Golf cart parking for residents is located at Candler Hills Community Center behind the gate
Parking for Candler Hills Restaurant located at Circle Square Commons with complimentary shuttle service available

PLAYERS
The players have until 5 p.m. ET on the Friday of the week preceding the tournament to officially commit to playing in the Ocala Open.

ITEMS NOT PERMITTED
Use of the following items WILL NOT be permitted at the tournament: fire arms, dangerous instrumentalities, cell phones, cameras, picnic baskets, coolers, radios, televisions (including hand-held televisions), backpacks, pagers, ladders, signs, banners and lawn chairs. Bags will be searched upon entering the event.

TIPS
Plan to wear comfortable walking shoes.
Walk - don't run.
Stay behind the gallery ropes and obey the officials and marshals.
Kneel if you are near the ropes so that those behind you may see.
Observe silence throughout each shot.
Do not move until all players in each group have completed their shots. Respect the players and caddies during their round, give them space and do not interrupt them during the round.
